LawnTrail se usa para administrar un negocio de jardinería. Esta política dice qué no se puede hacer con él. Vale para el titular de la cuenta, sus trabajadores y cualquiera que acceda con sus credenciales.

1. Nada ilegal

No usar el servicio para actividades contrarias a la ley aplicable.
No usarlo para cobrar por servicios que no se prestaron, ni para facturar de forma engañosa.
No usarlo para lavar dinero, evadir impuestos ni encubrir el origen de fondos.

2. Datos de otras personas

Cargar datos de sus clientes solo si tiene una relación comercial real con ellos o su permiso.
No cargar datos sensibles que no necesite para prestar el servicio: salud, religión, ideología, biometría.
No intentar acceder a datos de otro negocio, ni por la aplicación ni por la API.
No compartir credenciales. Cada persona con acceso debe tener su propia cuenta.

3. Mensajes a clientes

Los mensajes que LawnTrail le ayuda a enviar son suyos: usted es el remitente y el responsable.

Escribir solo a personas que le dieron su número por una relación comercial.
Respetar de inmediato a quien pida dejar de recibir mensajes.
No enviar publicidad masiva a listas compradas ni a números obtenidos sin consentimiento.
Cumplir las normas de mensajería aplicables en su jurisdicción.

4. Seguridad del servicio

No intentar vulnerar, eludir ni poner a prueba los controles de seguridad sin autorización escrita.
No hacer ingeniería inversa ni extraer el código fuera de lo que permita la ley.
No sobrecargar el servicio deliberadamente, ni automatizar llamadas a un ritmo que lo degrade para otros.
No revender ni ceder el acceso a terceros sin nuestro acuerdo.

5. Abuso de la prueba y de los planes

Una prueba gratuita por propietario. Crear cuentas repetidas para encadenar pruebas es abuso.
No falsear los datos de la empresa para acceder a un plan o a un límite que no corresponde.
Los límites de clientes y usuarios de cada plan son parte del acuerdo; eludirlos técnicamente es incumplirlo.

6. Contenido

No cargar contenido ilegal, difamatorio, que infrinja derechos de terceros o que contenga software malicioso.
Las fotos y notas de trabajo son para documentar el servicio, no para registrar a personas sin motivo.

7. Qué pasa si se incumple

Según la gravedad, podemos avisar, limitar funciones, suspender la cuenta o cerrarla. En casos de riesgo inmediato para el servicio, para terceros o cuando la ley lo exija, podemos actuar sin aviso previo. Los incumplimientos también pueden dar lugar a las consecuencias previstas en los Términos de servicio.

8. Reportar un abuso

Escriba a {{legalEmail}} con el detalle de lo que observó. Si es una vulnerabilidad de seguridad, indíquelo en el asunto y no la divulgue públicamente hasta que podamos corregirla.

LawnTrail is for running a lawn care business. This policy says what you may not do with it. It applies to the account owner, their workers, and anyone accessing with their credentials.

1. Nothing illegal

Don't use the Service for activities against applicable law.
Don't use it to charge for services that weren't performed, or to invoice deceptively.
Don't use it to launder money, evade taxes or disguise the origin of funds.

2. Other people's data

Only enter client data where you have a real business relationship or their permission.
Don't enter sensitive data you don't need to deliver the service: health, religion, political views, biometrics.
Don't attempt to reach another business's data, through the app or the API.
Don't share credentials. Everyone with access should have their own account.

3. Messages to clients

The messages LawnTrail helps you send are yours: you are the sender and the responsible party.

Only message people who gave you their number through a business relationship.
Honor opt-out requests immediately.
Don't send bulk marketing to purchased lists or to numbers obtained without consent.
Comply with the messaging rules applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Service security

Don't attempt to breach, bypass or test security controls without written authorization.
Don't reverse engineer or extract the code beyond what the law allows.
Don't deliberately overload the Service, or automate calls at a rate that degrades it for others.
Don't resell or transfer access to third parties without our agreement.

5. Trial and plan abuse

One free trial per owner. Creating repeated accounts to chain trials is abuse.
Don't misstate company details to reach a plan or a limit you're not entitled to.
Each plan's client and user limits are part of the agreement; circumventing them technically is a breach.

6. Content

Don't upload illegal or defamatory content, content infringing third-party rights, or malicious software.
Job photos and notes are for documenting the service, not for recording people without reason.

7. What happens on breach

Depending on severity, we may warn you, limit features, suspend the account or close it. Where there is immediate risk to the Service, to third parties, or where the law requires, we may act without prior notice. Breaches may also trigger the consequences set out in the Terms of Service.

8. Reporting abuse

Write to {{legalEmail}} with details of what you observed. If it's a security vulnerability, say so in the subject and please don't disclose it publicly until we can fix it.
